Amazon price match??

I saw on the deals forum someone saying that they paid a higher price for an item on amazon and now the price has come down they can claim some sort of refund.

Can you? If so, how?
I bought the tardis set 10 days ago at £16.99 and now it's £12.99, can I get the difference back or would I have to return it and buy it again at the cheaper price?

Can anyone help?

i emailed amazon last night about remy the rat thing but they said they are not currently doing that??
