Amazon Prime Member Promotional £1 voucher for accepting slower deliveries - how to find your grand total

This may have been posted up previously I have done a basic search and not found anything so please do not stone me for my attempts of creating a pointer for Amazon Prime members.

A question that I used to ask myself often was how do I find out how much amazon promotional credit do I have? (this credit is awarded to those that are prime members and do not want next day delivery but are ready to wait for an item)

The easiest way to find out is to:-
1. jump onto your computer and log into your amazon account
2. at the top of the page next to the search box is a list of different departments click on to the digital music option or link attached if it still works
3. now type in any artist (e.g. tom jones) and click on search
4. on the search results page click onto any of the mp3 albums listed
5. on the product listing page, you will see an option under the buy button for more options
6. click onto this link and you will see an option to Add gift card or promotion code, now click onto this link.
7. A small pop up will now appear listing two items
a. The balance left in any vouchers you may have (not what we are looking for)
b. An amazon music balance (this is the promotional credit value accrued which has been awarded to you for accepting a slower delivery)

Hope this helps people out there, yes, it is a long-winded process but at least people will know what they have available.

But thanks for posting, it's really helpful

Thank you so much! This has bugged me for ages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You absolute genius! I have actually contacted Amazon asking how to find this out and they said it wasn't possible. I had resorted to a spreadsheet! Thank you so much

Nowt available for me but thanks for the info, never know what you might find.

Thank you so much for this

Thank you. I only have £2 but I found £2 more than I thought I had!
Can this be used to buy a movie on Amazon TV? Thanks

I asked them via email in October. Got told £134 oO
Turns out it was £9 from no rush delivery.
Don't know where the £125 came from but they did take it off my ps4

Very Useful - thanks!

The same can also be done via Amazon Video. Select a title (Movie or TV show) > select 'More Purchase Options' > select 'Redeem a gift card or promotion code' and it should display both any gift card credit and promotional credit available on your account.

Can you help me retrieve my kindle vouchers for accepting slower deliveries please?

In July i was told by Amazon CS I had £6 remaining from my total of £11 from last xmas. Now apparently I have nothing remaining. Annoyed

So if Amazon prime is a Subscription service for priority delivery and they fail to abide by that priority so often they hand out vouchers doesn't that make the whole idea moot, maybe watchdog should investigate.

Thanks for this, I have £9. Does anybody know how to check the other credit. For Kindle books ? Thanks

When you receive the 'Benefit Confirmation' e-mail after your order is dispatched using No-Rush Delivery it specifies when the credit has to be used by which in the case of any recent credit is 31 January 2017.

I just noticed that but my last Xmas emails didn't specify an expiration date. So I just got a £10 Amazon voucher for repeatedly explaining myself to them & being lied to (apparently i spent my promotional credit on physical items when it clearly stipulates on the emails that it's for digital stuff). I proved to them they were wrong for suggesting lightning deals count as my promotional credit being used up(a belt I purchased was falsely used as an example). oh well 2hours wasted lol

Sorry I forgot to thank you for the info & your time taken to reply to my orgiinal comment. I also wanted to add I was refunded £10 off my last purchase. So time was spent well as I got £20 physical credit back (including the £10 voucher I can spend only on Amazon sold products ) for the £11 digital credit they removed.

its not vouchers if they fail, its you have the option of choosing a cheaper delivery method each time for credit
so its fast delivery if you want it or a bit of bonus credit if it doesn't matter how fast

Ooooh £4.01, wonder where the 1p comes from? thanks for that!!! Will now treat myself to a kindle book

Maybe? Oooh you know, I think I remember, my dad watched a film the other day, didn't realise you had to pay for it, and I hadn't set a pin. Amazon refunded, as it was a genuine mistake (he doesn't read or speak English), thanks for jogging my memory up
