Amazon Prime Now - overcharging

Guys, just wondering what your experiences with Amazon Prime Now are?
Received an order today, and I've been overcharged on around a dozen items. Delivery came from Morrisons
An example would be kettle crisps - on their site at time of ordering for £1, charged £2. Still on both the prime now site and Morrisons for £1. This is the final total charged, not the reserve amount that they put on the payment card.
New to ordering from them, just wondering if this is a common thing? Ta!

We do consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.Because the marketplace is constantly changing and we strive to offer the lowest price, you'll see some fluctuations in our prices over time."As you can see, doesn't actually address the issues....there's no price match issue here - they're charging me more that they say they will when the items are still at the reduced price from the store they come from!I think that the option to include a tip has been removed temporarily, regardless, this is an item pricing issue.

Yep, that response has nothing to do with what you say has occurred - contact them again & escalate (don't mention the Morrisons' website that looks lie it has confused them).

Could it be that you are giving the delivery person a tip without noticing? I heard there was something like that going on where there is a tip included by default. Not sure though, feel free to correct me.

Same thing happened with me, around £31 worth in the basket and it increased to £37 at the checkout time, I had about 14 items in the basket and around 6-7 increased in price. Their response was that Morrison’s controls the pricing and not them. After a while I managed to get a £5 promotional voucher in courtesy for the issue. Funny thing is, on the day of delivery, I got the message that the Prime Shopper had begun and 2 minutes later they had cancelled the order and labelled all the items as Out of Stock.

This is my experience with ordering the item on Prime Now for Morrison’s though, I haven’t had such issue when the supplier was directly Amazon. (edited)

    Done that, thanks.
Seems a bit odd to me that I've been charged the full price for items that were (and still are) on their website at a reduced price.

Amazon prime prices for Morrisons products do differ from Morrisons website, but they should not change between ordering and delivery.

    Yeah, I noticed that.
I wasn't sure how their model worked, with Tesco and the likes, I'm sure it's the "price on the day", although Tesco make you aware when the reduced price will revert during ordering.
Have look at Belvoir fruit farms blackcurrant cordial on the prime now website right now. It's £2.70. I've been charged £4. Very odd.
