Amazon say delivered but not received any thing.

As above, normally have no problem ,saw the that was two drops away, then saw the driver drive past then a few minutes later says was delivered and handed to resident ,but not correct as he didn't .

looked then he was speeding past my house. Checked with neighbours and they say nothing delivered.

anyone else had a similar problem?

ps Amazon app says have to wait till Tuesday before they can do anything.
