Amazon scammer alert

I sold a DVD Boxset for £17.99 on Amazon , two weeks later meaning today i get a A-Z claim that the DVD boxset arrived in the condition not as described .
I sent the DVD in mint condition !
I have just sent the buyer an email stating where to return it.
Anyone have any advice and if Amazon will make him return it?

From my experience Amazon do very little to help sellers. You could always ask to see a picture of the item in it's damaged state, so you can asess the damge before it is sent.

of course buyer has to return it. Bit harsh to say SCAMMER ALERT. Might have got damaged in the post you know

Lol at 'scammer alert' nonsense.
