Amazon Seller account login problem.

Apparently we now need 2 step verification. I`m not sure what this is but I do remember entering my mobile number in it ages ago. I now have a sale and also have to refund asomeone but I cant log into the account to do either of these. Is there anything I can do at all. PS I* cant find my mobile, been looking for it for over a week.

Phone your mobile provider and ask them for a new sim card and stick it in another phone , when you find your phone just stick the new sim in that one .
