Just need a quick piece of advice.

I was selling some books on amazon but didnt realise that one of the books sold, on the 5 November and therefore didnt ship it when i should have.

So would it be best to email seller and apologise and ship it first thing monday
or just give him a refund?


Contact buyer - I'm sure they'll be happy to get it and accept your apology. And say you'll send it recorded to make up for it??

Depends on how long you've been selling. If you've got a good reputation and wish to preserve it you'll e-mail the buyer and ship on Monday using special delivery. Maybe refund a percentage of his payment.

its only the 2nd thing i have ever sold there.

Yeah i may refund part of there payment and will send recorded so they def get it tuesday

sending recorded is absolutely no guarantee of next day delivery

you'd have to use a special delivery or something expensive like that
