I bought a Smart watch from Amazon UK warehouse. Item arrived different to what was advertised. Therefore I returned it and it was collected by Hermes. Two days back I had an email from Amazon saying they received an empty box and wanted me to send the watch.
I have sent pictures of the box and item I posted but no luck so far. Amazon have stopped responding too. No one is able to help via chat either.
Anyone had similar experience? Any advise please.
