Amazon - Xbox Series X

Hi guys

My Xbox was apparently delivered to my house on Tuesday but I haven’t had this delivered & I’ve been involved in a 3 day battle with them to replace it ( or refund at worst case )

They’re dragging it out & I’m concerned now they made refuse to fix this so my questions are

How could / would they try to “ prove “ they delivered the item

What could my next step(s) be ?
