If I were to buy a DVD off a seller on Amzon (not from amazon) and there is a problem with the item. Who sorts out the problem, would it be amazon or the seller?

I got a used DAB radio from Amazon when i thought it was brand new, and emailed amazon as wasnt getting a respose from the seller when i asked for a part refund. They just took half the money off him and paid it to me because he was ignoring everything.

Think you contact them if you have no response, but try the seller in the first instance to try and sort it out

Amazon protect marketplace purchases so you'll be ok.
