Amazon=rip off

I ordered 2 cheap books from Amazon but as they didn't value £15 I would have to pay delivery, therefore, I ordered two other items and added my card details and confirmed the order. I then realised they charged me for 3 separate orders, boosting the price up even more. I immediately tried to cancel the orders, but they were all showing that the order has already been picked and I could not cancel the order.
What can I do now, the books were £6 with another £8 delivery for 2 paperbacks, what a con.

That's why then skusey, Amazon sellers don't fall under the £15 free delivery offer. Hate to say this, but it would have said all this on the final order page that you clicked on. :oops: So I'm not sure there's much you can do about it - sorry. :-(

I fell for the same thing a couple of years back, Sounds like you bought some of your items from Marketplace sellers instead of Amazon direct, You have to pay the postage on each item as the items will be sent from different sellers.

I have 7.50 in vouchers and don't hav e a clue what to buy..

Why not wait? You usually have a year to spend them.

I've had £5 in there for ages, it could expire tomorrow for all i know :giggle:

I thought there was a way you could find out, but I've checked and can't find it anywhere. :-(

Yeah that's where I thought it was hts, but it only shows the balance, not the expiry date. :-(

hmm, presumably it stated the prices and a break down showing total and delivery and asked you to confirm - which you did?
