AN ADVANCED NAS DRIVE AT A REASONABLE PRICE - QNAP TS-119

I have done a lot of research regarding NAS Drives. The one I would like to purchase is the QNAP TS-119 however I am unable to find this for less than around the £200 mark. Also its only an enclosure. Therefore to add a 1TB HD its going to cost me around £250!
So can anyone help me find that at a cheaper price OR suggest some other decent advanced NAS.

My budget is £130 max including a 1TB hard drive delivered.
