an amazon reseller missed their shipping deadline...

so i had an item which had a shipping deadline of yesterday. i received no email (and still haven't) stating that the item has been sent...although the reseller emailed me today claiming that I cannot cancel as it's been sent.
the item is coming from france, and parcel force doesn't start tracking until the parcel hits uk shores (the tracking shows up blank at the moment) which means even if it has been sent, it hasn't left france yet...

I paid around £10 for delivery, so am i entitled to have that refunded?
