Those with Anker/Eufy security cameras may want to reconsider, given that Anker has been caught out lying about the operation of the devices.

    I'm not clued up on encryption and hacking etc.. but what is the risk here ?
    Is it that someone might watch people walk past my drive ? Or could they delete my recordings etc.. (edited)

    People also use these cameras in doors, it captures you walking in and out your own house. If the data is accessible on their servers that’s a huge security risk that’s on top of them not being properly clear about how their service works.
