ok, I remember watching this movie twice, maybe 80s or early 90s, not particularly that good, but I've been trying to think of the title but no luck so far, the things I recall are ... a kind of rip off of The Warriors, where a gang was accused of killing a leader of another group and other gangs were then after them.. I think it was set in a post apocalyptic world, where the gang had to reach a certain level in a depleted high rise building, it had a sci-fi element where each member had a special power, think they called it "chi" ... anyone have memories of this? Thanks
