Another puzzle for you!

Found 5th May 2008
Many years ago a farmer had a square field. He sold one-quarter of his land (the shaded area) to buy farm equipment. When the farmer grew older, he decided to divide what was left of his farm into four parcels of land, each exactly the same shape and size. How was this accomplished?

Yes 3 triangles all of the same shape and size. Nobody would buy your land in the middle as it has no access?

So the farmer would make more money from my way so I am right!:p
