Surely you just need to delete the frames after 3 seconds and re-export the edited file?

check how many frames per sec its running at, i think default is12, so you would only need the first 36, delete the extra frames and put a stop actionscript on the last frame(keyframe) on ur top layer which should be an actions layer(unless u want it to constantly loop)

this may help, it shows all thecs4 tutorials asdefault but if uv got an older version type it in the search bar and itl bring up all the tutorials for that version

Cheers Rep heading your way, I was slowly getting there, It was an animation I had built for me and the code is a mess nothing is documented, there are unused assets and tweens all over the place, that will teach me to get it done cheaply.
