    Any free programs that compress data for mobile broadband?

    I know of onspeed but that is £25 a year i dont want that.
    I know you can also turn of pictures loading on the website but that is too much of a hassle as 90% looking at items for sale requires looking at pics.

    The latest version of Opera comes with Opera Turbo built-in, which does exactly that. The technology works by piping web pages through a proxy which compresses them prior to sending them to your computer, and it works fairly well.

    Hang about then, and I'll get you a direct link. Iirc, the Opera website has some horribly large JPGs on it, which won't do yu any good.
