Any Garden Machinary experts? Stihl Hedge Trimmer Noise

Bit of a long shot here but my stihl hs455 hedge trimmer is sounding like a bag of nails when idling, it starts, runs and cuts fine but just sounds rattley.

I regulary grease the gearbox and replace the filters so i know its not that and the clutch seems to bite well.
My guess would be the clutch but thought id ask before i start ordering parts.
any advice is apperciated.

Yes mate. Always clean it out very well and also add stihl grease but no difference in noise.

Hmm, sorry, I’m stumped then. That would’ve been the most likely cause
Noticed that some of the assembly screws look like they have rubber washers and others don't. The rattle at idle sounds more like external parts vibrating than anything internal to the engine/gearbox. Have you had it stripped down and left the rubber washers off?
