Anyone know of any good programs like System Mechanic that makes sure the whole of your comp is running the way it should be?
It tells you things when the performance is running slow or something like your security on your comp is not up to date etc.

What were you downloading, or what site were you on, when it got picked up? post link or file name and I will take a look at it.

It's possible that AVG wrongly detected a virus, if it's an installer for some programmes.
