Any idea where I can get/ make a table plan for a party in 3 days?

Yipes. Need to construct a table plan for party at the weekend - nothing like leaving it a bit late. Looked on fleabay and artistic people will make them for you but obviously they need to know the plan (not yet finalised) and it takes time. I need one that I can either buy and complete myself or one you down load and do the same too. Only 40 coming but they need to know where to sit. Any idea where I can get one of these from? Thanks

Why don't you make one yourself on Microsoft Publisher or a similar program?
I have just done my wedding table plan like that.
Download a suitable photograph/picture from the internet, and set it as the background. Use Word Art to create a title, then use the Autoshape to draw the tables (circles, rectangles etc) and then add the names on... or even easier instead of the table, use list's of who is sat at each table.
Phone a local printers and if you email it to then, they will usually be able to print it next day. Might be worth converting it to PDF before you send so that everything stays where it should. Mine only cost £2 per copy to be printed - bargain! x

this sounds very technical to me- I am a techie dud

will see if my husband will help me do this - is a great idea. Are you attaching it to a board?

We went v low tech. Get a big bit of paper A2 I think we had.

Draw circles for each of the table in the room using a dinner plate or something similar

Put the names of the people on that table in the relevent circle.

Tart the who thing up by A) Using fancy card in the first place (doesnt need to be white).
    B) cut the circles out in white paper and stick on
    c) Print the names out on a printer in a fancy font.

Job done in about 1 hour I'd say.

It's really not very technical at all!!! Have a go, I reckon that you will be surprised at what you can achieve!

I'm putting it in a frame that I have found in The Range, big chunky silver framed thing! :-D

    Can't wait! 17 days til I'm a Mrs!! x:giggle:
