Any personal trainers out there?
I am a coach at a local cricket club, and we have our first session back since September, so we're looking to run a bit of a fitness session to kick off with. Only lasting 15 minutes, to use as a warm up, but would like anything fairly rigourous. Does anyone have any old lesson plans, or any ideas we can get them doing. Won't have a lot of space, as the nets will be up.
