Any quick and tasty egg recipes?

We have a weeks worth of eggs (34 xxxl free range) to clean up and want to try some different serving methods or recipes, rather than just, boiled/poached/fried/omelet/eggy bread

Cheers guys, @wishihadadonkey the egg and tuna pie looks a winner as it has the kids favourites in one package (egg,cheese,tuna)

or use them for making muffins/cakes etc? You usually need a few for those and makes a change from just egg dishes.

Custard and/or ice cream, also meringues as greg_68 said. You could do creme brulee as well along the same lines.
Tiramisu and zabaglione also need eggs and are yummy.
Souffles could be good too.

bread and butter pudding with chocolate chips.

I have been waiting patiently for someone with 34 xxxl eggs, now along with all the recipes posted we could be spoilt for choice!

greek omlette ( learnt this whilst in greece )
Eggs & Double Cream ( whip together )
oregano,on vine tomatos,selection of meats,
put in a pan to cook... top off with grated cheese OR feta
When base cooked pop pan under the grill to finish.
