Any Roundup weedkiller deals at the mo?

    Hi,

Has anyone seen any BOGOF or 3 for 2 on the 5 litre cartons at any of the major supermarkets/diy centres?

    Many thanks,

use boiled water..it cooks them and its free

how is boiling water free???? you pay for the water and you pay to boil it, based on the fact the OP says BOGOF or 3 for 2 on the 5 LITRE tub must have alot of weeds, that alot of water and a lot of boiling to do. yes it may work out cheaper but really, boiling water, muppet. OP i reackon your best bet is either B&Q or i fink wilkinson have some sort of deal on weed killer.

I saw the type with integrated sprayer in Makro not long back.
Can't remember price but i was tempted but i prefer the concentrate.

Round-up is good but can take a long time to take effect, i have a different brand which works faster like Weedol in the shed too when you need it clear faster, but it's still not as long lasting as round-up.

You keep picking at straws mate... you'll soon get yourself a haystack. Only giving advice to ganticus that MAY help and MAY save him money. When I boil a cup of Tea or Coffee I use the water that's left over so its not wasted.. Each to their own.
