Any thoughts on the affect of the pandemic to housing renovation/construction work?

Looking to complete a transaction on a property and will need to get some immediate work done in the upcoming weeks or a month or two before moving in

Have started contacting builderw but wanted to check on here too on the affect to this area, in terms pricing, time, availability, etc. Has it increased, decreased or same as before?
