Taking into accounts, it for a family of 3, for 10 nights in Spain..

No extreme sky diving etc..... just a break in the sun.. its just the medical facts im mostly intrested in.... (no pre existing issues)
Thanks

Without going through it with a fine tooth comb it looks ok. I personally would not pay for anything other than a basic insurance when travelling to Spain.

As long as you have cover to repatriate yourselves all medical costs are covered by the E111.

Make sure you get a card for each of you, including the kids prior to travel.

Enjoy your hols

going off thead soz, was interested to find out recently what they count as pre existing conditions they can mean anything you have had "treatment for" could be many many years ago and u not had any recent probs I am worried about my next holl (whenever that may be) as had eye op 15yrs ago, had stomic exam (BBC up ur bum) about 20yrs ago but am now led to belive if i do not declair and have tummy or eye probs i may not be covered

Declare it all, no matter how minor or insignificant or how long ago. You shouldn't incur any extra costs but at least if you have told them and your eye plays up whilst your on hols there is no get out clause for them.

As you are travelling to Spain its unlikely you would have problems anyway but best to be on the safe side.

Thanks for the advice, We all have our E111's so all good there,

The Travel Insurance Policy above is only £7.95 for 3 of us.. which seems cheap! (single trip)

Thanks

7.95 for 32 passengers seems awfully cheap i would double check that price

lol..... Typo ....sorry.... -- Its the cheapest which came back on Money Supermarket, -- No quidco on this, I looked at all options for cashback..

3 of us !!

i did wonder lol

Also have been checking out holiday insurance in the past week. One thing i noticed was baggage and personal belongings insured upto £1500, i thought that was ok until you read the small print. I am taking almost £1000 worth of camera equipment away with me but if i lose it or its stolen, they will only pay £150. The £1500 prices is a maximum they will pay for all of your belongings. They will pay out only £150 per item that is lost or stolen and a camera and lens is classed as one item not two.

very important to keep your e111 with you at all times as most will want to see it immediately upon admittance to any medical centre otherwise you bear the costs of any bills.

and make sure you dont go to a private medical centre by mistake!

Good advice there.

What we do is always photocopy all our E111's, insurance policies, passports, holiday docs and even the brochure page, if it was booked as a package. Its a little bit of messing about but well worth it and worth the peace of mind too.

Keep one lot in your hand luggage and another in your suitcase. Either way if your case goes astray or you lose your hand luggage you'll have other copies. More importantly you'll have the numbers to contact for help etc.

The E111 form is no longer valid, you now need a EHIC (European Health Insurance Card)

just looking at the link the OP provided & had a look around the site ]Insureme4 for some cover for myself, reasonable prices, but the only thing that concerns me is when it asks for card details, i noticed there is no little padlock at the top of the address bar to denote a secure server

hmmm at the bottom it says the site is protected by RapidSSL, but its not a clickable link, perhaps im being paraniod !
