Anybody have a Heineken blade machine?

I have just set mine up for the first time and it is very loud. sounds like a petrol generator running, then the lights start to flash green and red.

customer services are trying to tell me the noise is normal. if that is the case, it's getting returned anyway.

I suspect there is another issue though.
