Anybody know how to contact Tesco Mobile CEO

So angry and want my complaint heard by somebody that will Listen...
I walked into my local tesco mobile store in Leicester 3 weeks ago, and purchased the Iphone 4 on a 12 month contract. Its become apparent that since having it, its faulty, so i wanted a replacement. To cut a long story short, my loca store finally received more stock yesterday, so i set out with my 8 month ols son, 2 year ols daughter, and partner to go and get my replacement. Upon arriving, i left my partner downstairs with the kids in the toy department, and i proceeded upstairs to Tesco Phone. I asked for Iphone 4, they said yes, we have 1 left! great i thought, i then said it was to replace my existing faulty iphone. She dissapeared into the backroom, followed my another collegue....upon returning, they said they had just sold the last one! i said what? i just drove 3 miles, dragging my 2 young kids too, they just said sorry....i walked out, and felt they were not telling the truth. So i went downstairs to my partner, and sent him up to ask for Iphone 4.....Would you beleive it...they have 1 in stock again! I stormed back to the phone shop, and asked why i had been lied to! she replied she was just saying what she had been told to do by the team leader (who was now hiding in the back room) i ased to see him, she dissapeared to get him, then came back and said he had gone on his break, but they would do my replacement for me now! Im so angry, and cannot beleive the disgusting customer service, that they turned me away after travelling there, just because they were more interested in new sales, rather than looking after existing customer. It stinks, and really want this complaint heard. I have names and everything, and a long detailed email ready to send to the right person, i have already sent it to [email protected] mobile, but they sent it back saying i should speak to the tesco shop manager, but im worried as its the team leader im complaining about, it may fall on deaf ears....so if anybody knows of an area manager, or any other management email address, i would be truly gratefull! thanks all

I got one thanks, its obviously you that hasnt, way too much time on your hands if your reading and replying to threads you dont give a toss about.....

call up and ask for the store manager, make an appointment and speak to them face to face, dont get irate though but this will be the best way to get somewhere with this. Dont tell full story on the phone though, even better, go back to store. Good luck

ps it is the specific stores staff that the problem is with so the mobile ceo will not help

Speak to the store manager, they are the ones who need to kick the runts up the ass... As MooMoo put, ring up the store and ask for an appointment with the store manager.

Brill, thanks for all your comments, i have just got area managers mobile number....Customer care helpline were brilliant!

the person you want is Lance Batchelor, but if you send your email to terry.leahy@uk.tesco.com he is in charge of all Tesco. otherwise if you look at the e-mail address it may be worth trying .........

I can understand you frustration, that is truly terrible customer service. I would contact the store manager on first instance if he has not taken suitable action within a week, move on to the area manager. If it still has'nt beed resolved within a few weeks I would then contact CEO.

Its over 6 miles, was mistake in my post, and even if it was just a mile up the road, dont make it alright! and i had to wait 3 weeks cause they had no stock anywhere, i didnt want it fixing, i wanted a replacement, which im more than entitled to after experiencing faults only after a week! Yeh i can bloody blame them, Im guessing you are one of those bent salesmans that dont give a toss about their customers, but looks more towards his sales targets etc etc.....so glad everybody dont think like you...else what a crappy world.....and my kids Do get out....because unlike you...i have a life, and dont sit on here slagging off peoples posts all the time....or submitting moaning posts about play.com..... Yeh very hypocritical
