Hello everyone,

Just want to ask, if anybody has used "Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000"? I have a RSI wrist pain because of a continuous keyboard usage.

Is this any good?

Thanks

change your posture not your keyboard

I used to own one. I found it was awkward to type on, and the discomfort made it far worse for me than a regular keyboard. To echo what Kester said, the problem's probably your posture or your technique, not your keyboard.

It takes a little while to get used to, but it works. Have used one for a fee years and the wrist pain I had hasn't worsened at all.
Just needs a little patience. It isn't a case of doing one of the other, change to the better keyboard and also correct your posture. You might also think about seeing if your mouse is comfortable too.

I had wrist pains from a bad keyboard, switched to this keyboard and pains went away almost immediately. Extremely happy I bought it - was about five years ago, got the wireless version and considering upgrading to the wired one (the wireless is very problematic as it interferes with USB3 signals and some wireless appliances).
