ANYONE ELSE get rakuten error - process payment

i keep getting an error as i try to process payment
chrome broswer, safari, multiple cards

We're sorry! An error has occurred during payment. Please try to place your order again.

last time I had that it was because the voucher code had expired or already been used, can't remember now. I do remember that using an alternate code fixed it...

Everytime I order something, I get an error. Then I have to wait days for them to refund my superpoints as they won't do anything if you call customer services.

so you just purchased without the points?

May I know whether anyone found a solution or not ?
As Rakuten Customer Service asked me, I've changed my email address and I've tried it with different bank cards and even on my mobile/tablet, but I still have problem for few weeks and I can not buy anything more than my Rakuten points as although the order goes through the Payment authorisation page and back to the Rakuten successfully, the "We're sorry! An error has occurred during payment. Please try to place your order again." will appear.
