Im looking into starting a small hire company as a sideline but cant think of anything original (something along the lines of bouncy castle hire)

Theres already a few bouncy castle hires in the area so something different and cant afford anything as lavish a sports car ect

Any ideas?

Q: How do you hire a horse?
A: Put a brick under each hoof.
How about bbq hire, buy the biggest you can, then peeps having parties but who are not loaded can hire em :-)

£350 ? LOL err no
The going rate for them to turn up at an event is 20% of takings for the day.
Roulette table. Guests are given a printed note to exchange for chips. As no real money is used its suitable for all age parties as not classed as gambling.

See here for idea....

My wife and I help run a charity, which includes several large events each year.
All our stallholders are sourced from two areas:
1. Personal knowledge - i.e the same stallholders doing the rounds
2. From stallfinder.co.uk

Depending on what service / trade they supply, we either charge them a flat pitch fee, or take 20% of their days takings (not profit).

err... suitcases? seasonal, i know..lol
I work in a hotel and see all sorts of different things for events, from the usual choc fountains, popcorn machines, ice cream carts, sweet carts, hot dog cart, candy floss etc etc the roulette idea is a good one becoming more and more popular, one I like best and is most popular With guests (depending on your budget) is an instant photo booth!

I like the photo booth idea, I need something that doesnt need attending as I already have another business which is flexible but takes up a lot of time so ideally something i can drop off on a morning and pick up on a night, are the roulette tables manned by staff or do the party folk do it themselves?
I know a bloke who hires out hot tubs

Either to be honest, we've had both. But definitely look into the photo booth idea, it's great

I do know what im saying, im saying im looking in investing some money into a hire company that I can fit around my business, something thats not too time consuming but will be popular and bring in a steady flow of money.

However, unfortunatly in the area I live in it seems that all of the usual avenues have been fulfilled, I have looked for something new but havent had any joy.

So I thought I might ask the people on here as I only have one pair of eyes yet theres 1000's of people on here who might have seen something new or unusual at a recent party or event that might be just what im after.

I didnt want to bore everybody with all the minor details.

To be honest I might not bother and I might spend my days trolling around looking for people to put down and pick faults with minor things to try and make someone elses life as sad as mine, If I do take this route, I will know who to come to for advice.
