Anyone had a faulty iphone with tesco mobile?
I got an iphone a few weeks back with tesco mobile on contract. I asked when i rang up to order what the return policy was if the item is faulty, they told me i could send it back to them at any time within the 12 month warranty. But i live at least an hours drive from the nearest apple store so it would be a massive inconvenience to return it to apple! Just been on the phone to them earlier about something else and i asked the same question at the end of the conversation and was told they don't do repairs and i would have to return it to apple if the phones faulty. Now the phones not faulty so i shouldn't be tempting fate but i just wanted to know if i do have problems will i have to return it to apple? Has anyone been in this position? I had suspicions they would lie to get me signed up and back track if i did need any repairs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
