Anyone had dealings with SBS insurance services?

As above, have dropped my laptop and knackered the screen and it wont charge anymore.

Have called my insurance company who are passing the claim to SBS just wondered what the likely outcome will be, will they repair or replace? It's an 18 month old Dell XPS M1530 and just worried if they replace it will be an inferior machine.
