Anyone had problems with online payments to Tesco?

Last month I made my usual credit card payment to Tesco, this Month I received a default notice. The say it was never paid, my bank statement says otherwise!
Friday, my other half paid for shopping online, today Tesco say it wasn't paid for, again bank statement say otherwise!
Both accounts are separate banks!!
Has anyone else had a similar problem recently?

Hi yes lost 320 apparently they changed the details you pay to now goes to rbs. They normally pay it back into your bank, but mine is still missing had late fee charge and interest, waiting for a call back from complaints department which could be 10 days, my money being missing for 3 weeks now not happy, have you had any joy?
