I bought 3 Morrisons gift card via topgiftcard (topcashback) recently when I wanted to use them and the cashier said all of them have no money inside. the balance are zero!
I used topgiftcard couple of times however never have this problem. Want to know if anyone have the same or similar problems before? thank you

sorted byI've never had a Morrisons one before purchased one this time on the top cashback bonus as there were no Asda ones.
Have you tried opening up the gift card from your email as I noticed it said the balance at the time XXXXX (not sure if it checks the balance before displaying the card or you can ring them and check the balance)
i do worry about these giftcards being sent to your email as someone could intercept them and use them! you wouldn't know either until you went shopping with them.
update us with what happens. (edited)
Giftcloud is so unhelpful. I definitely will not use Topgiftcard again! They can’t provide any information about where the person IP location, what time did the gift cards been used and which branch did the person use. Last time when I had the same issue with psn membership, Sony told me when the person registered the new psn and the location.
Thank you for your reply. I bought couple of gift card from TCB before and this is the first time I have this issue. I will contact Morrisons tomorrow although I don’t think There is any hope From them.
When I opened the gift card via email, they all mentioned correct amount inside. all the barcode could scan however theBalance are zero.
That is what I worry about as I had the same issue before from CDkeys ( PSN membership) . Someone used the key before i renew my PlayStation membership
Can I ? I don’t know about it. Could you tell me how to check please? Thx
looks like you can do it here. i think it is legit as i got to it from the morrisons website
morrisons.cashstar.com/rec…ce/
sorry to hear this OP but it would appear that someone had intercepted your giftcards and used them before you have had a chance to do so!
giftcards are just like cash and so it can be used by anyone that gets access to it. it would appear that your email or IP address is not secure if the cards have been accessed fraudulently.
it sounds like morrisons do not keep track of when the giftcards were used but when i use my ember inn ones, that gives details of when the card was used and how much of it was used, but i guess this may depend on the retailer keeping records.
you could try to contact morrisons direcly and ask if they keep record of useage of giftcards.
i have bought several giftcards from TCB via topgiftcards and have never had an issue with the cards having zero value, but as I had said, I did hear of one or two people saying that they had a problem.
i did get M&S giftcard from TCB that had zero balance a couple of times when i traded up and TCB gave me the money back as they could see that the card was not loaded with money when they issued it!
