Anyone having problems with a jdsports order

Anyone else having trouble with jdsports orders ......ordered on Monday had confirmation email taken my money but nothing since ....it's a xmas present ......ive looked online and they seem to have a lot of unhappy customers and apparently people can't get through on the ohones .........is this of sign of something going to happen to jd or just bad customer service ........should be 3-5 days service but not had a dispatched email as yet

Yeah JD Sports are "pants" just like your order! This is a guess as I ordered them on Monday and will still be waiting for those pants in 2017.

The classic ''I've left it too late to order and now I'm bricking it post'' love it! X)
Made two orders with JD, one showing online and the other appears to be non existent even though the money was taken. Tried to get through on the phone and instantly told they are unavailable to take calls. Last time I order from JD, not worth the hassle.
I'm started to worry that I will never see this xmas present and as it's gift cards will they be able to even spend them if they are in trouble ( just jumping ahead ) ...so yeah alot having trouble ....I have sent an email to during the week but to no avail ....u dont have Twitter or Facebook accounts so cant contact them via those channels either ......so just a waiting game then ........hopefully we get them in time !!

Not bricking it I can use them in the new year for myself but actually think something going on .....if they actually arrive i can use them anyway !

I read on twitter that the warehouse is five days behind. Then again not sure if that helps us whose orders are not showing, image tried about five times to ring but get unavailable every time.
They were on the evening news last night, it was alleged by undercover journalist that workers were overworked, exhausted, punished after three strikes...

Yeah dont think I'm going to bother ringing the anount of people who say they have no luck ..will just leave it see how it goes .......if 5 days behind might just make it in time

And the governemt JobCentre has stopped sending JSA claimants there until the management has sorted out who are the management liars , the top echelon alleged that they were great people and did nothing wrong but the in camera managers spoke the oppisite.
.
Therefore I presume with a stem of flow of JSA claimants and immigrants (going back home for Christmas) that's why they are short.
I ordered on 11th but can't track order on their system. I dm'd them via Twitter and all they did was apologise and say that they will check with warehouse but not heard anything back since. Tweeted them again this morning for an update. If I've not heard by Monday then I am going to get my bank to do a chargeback to get my cash back.

ordered on 10th still not heard from them .. took the £170.00 .. will i get them or not ..
Last couple of orders I've made with them, over last month or so, I've only ever received confirmation email and not heard a peep after. Both were collect from store orders and I happened to pop into store a week or so after I placed my order on the off chance it was ready to collect and luckily they were on both occasions. I'd then receive an email a day or so after I'd collected to say my order was ready for collection. I placed an order for home delivery 3 days ago and not heard anything yet but I'm not worried I just think their communication is carp.
So it seems we are getting them but with a delay ....it would be nice if jd could put out an email or a notice online to say they are delayed then it's our customer decision if we want to risk it or not .......if u ordered today online it still says can deliver for xmas but cant see that happening now .....
It's despicable that after the revelations about how warehouse staff are treated all that people care about is where their orders are, forget late orders perhaps make yourself aware of this and then question whether you would use company ever again. Would you accept this treatment? how would you feel if you someone you knew had to work in these conditions? Shame on all of you.

my order arrived and is all fine
receipt says £20 without the discount but paypal payment was for £10

​There is no shame at all in letting people know the facts, perhaps everyone moaning about their late orders on here ought to make more of an effort to understand what is going on around us

​It's not about researching every company, I'm just aware of what goes on around us. The only way that practices like this example will change is if people think more ethically when spending their money. Sports Direct employment practice was very high profile and JD sports took a lot of their trade after the exposure of Mike Ashley's treatment of employees. JD used the ethical "brainwash" stating they are a responsible employer and just a few months later they are exposed as doing exactly the same. This, as well as selfish people wingeing about late orders in the face of this situation is what is despicable about this
Had an email back today to say my order had been dispatched ...I have a tracking number and can see its on route .....so I think the orders are running late by a few days and they are not updating systems maybe too busy so i think u should all get orders just no updates or tracking details ...I ordered last Monday and think looking at the tracking should be here tommorow
Received my order for the boxers today, but 1 pair was missing. Have emailed them and waiting for a reply.
I received mine today all present and correct hope you get your order sorted soo.
