Anyone know any nice poems for grandmas from small children

Hi you all helped me so much with the mother in laws pressy, I am now looking for some peom ideas my children (2yrs and 1yrs) and I have made a birthday card for grandmas birthday and we are looking for a poem to put in it I have been searching the web but the only ones I seem to find are really from older grandchildren, (about her if it helps with ideas - she is 60, a young 60 likes crafty stuff and gardening she goes to church, we see here about every few weeks so not too regular) I look forward to all your help and thank you
