Anyone know how I can buy faulty returned items?

Hi, it may sound silly but does anyone know anywhere around Merseyside that I can buy faulty electrical items, tvs, laptops, games consoles etc? Maybe auctions?
I am keen to set up a repair business where I can fix and sell on. But want to get a few things to get me going.
Items seem to get expensive on eBay so looking to miss out the middle man!
Thanks for your time.

why not check out your local tip or recycle centre?

Personally i would look in local papers and things like that.

look in the loot

You'll often find allot of broken electronics on freecycle, and if you ask I imagine you'll get plenty of offers. Though bear in mind they may well not be as new as you might like.
