Anyone know of a burger king number for complaint's?

Sorry for the post. Had a bad experience and wanted to provide feedback + have discuss openly... if that exists in arena.....

i've sent messages numerous times from the web form, tweeted and called the head office number listed on saynoto0870. But haven't received response to any in well over a week, not even from the lady at head office who persistently requested I contact through the website form. She didn't understand that this was why I was contacting her in the first place.

Man i used to love their stuff, Was called a Romeo or Rodeo burger i think.

Long time since then, now don't eat any animal based. Couldn't as so much information linking with disease etc.

Forgot how it tastes now :p.

what's your complaint about? can't imagine what you would be complaining about, except that their food is really bad?

Bad service + given small instead of regular n meal after queuing for 20 minutes. But not having time to queue up again to resolve etc etc.

I've messaged on Twitter three times already, they havent responded. Facebook, I don't want to do as I dont want people that know me to see me as rather pretty arguing over £5.

as far as i understand, they are a franchise so each store regulates itself. you are therefore unlikely to get much joy from a central customer service department, if even one exists. you can only complain to the store manager.

i always think of burger king like macdonalds, they are for kids and so you get what you get and you won't get naught in the way of customer service.

That wasn't intent just honest about as it was my favourite chain, actually remembering KFC now too, tough one :P

I can't imagine wasting 20 minutes of my life queuing up for burger king. Marginally better than maccy d's but invariably disappointingly bad. Just put bad reviews on every review site you can. Other than that I doubt you will get any satisfaction in complaining, it just isn't worth the bother as they won't care.

You are so right. I only queued up there as KFC and mcds was about a 30 mins queue. *Oxford* No staff, no order, everyone in tourist groups, no-one knows the idea of a queuing system and well yeah... Think I was the only person in the entire restaurant that cleaned my table/put in bin after my bad experience- of a meal to honest.

KFC is the worst for poor hygiene. You stick to the floor it is so dirty. How they get away with it is beyond me. Next time get a meal deal from the supermarket. Likely to be more edible and you won't have to queue that long. You would think in a tourist destination like Oxford they would try a little harder

Just keep sending their twitter account messages and eventually someone will give in

You have already wasted 20 mins of your life dont waste any more just move on

If they gave you the wrong order why would you que again , just walk up to the counter again and ask surely
Hardly a head office complaint
Or do you want componsation

Not sure if you have tried queuing in the Oxford branch? People don't queue, pretty much all students and tourists who won't move at all. There was about 200 people all around the till area with bags,rucksacks,suitcases etc. But that was part of my poor experience.

But no not compensation, a sorry and possibly a voucher to get the right meal next time would be nice.

Also, I'm not a rude person so didn't feel like pushing past everyone (and explaining to non English people why I'm doing so) so obviously wasnt looking for any trouble from other people, so I thought.. I'll just drop them a message on their website to note my poor experience.

Anyways thanks for your helpful insight as to what a complaint can constitute.
