Is it not iddididadiddyaminn@umail.com. I think he has all the Ugandan currency.
Any Nigerian Website
I don't think you can buy the Ugandan shilling outside of Uganda. On arrival there you can withdraw from an ATM using a visa card.
You could try this guy, he is very well connected in Uganda. Click here for more information.

Speak to a guy called george agdgdgwngo.
He will wire you 83m Ugandan dollars, all he needs is your sort code and bank account number
You cannot buy Uganda shillings in UK as mentioned above only once on arrival.
bring some us dollars though, you will get a worse rate when using them but some places might insist on them

Depends what youre doing the schilling floats against the dollar so

Some tour operators /safaris/gorillapermits etc may want US $dollars, but notes olser than year 2000 are not generally accepted and youll get a worse rate. But if you cantfind an atm/its down /out of cash you can quickly change your dollars at any legit exchange (avoid street and non official airport exchange asyou will be worse /ripped off)

Hotels that only take dollars will bemore expensive than hose that dont. Avoid using a credit card anywhere if you can. Use debit card only in official atms
