Anyone ordered a phone from musicmagpie? My battery health is not as advertised

Wondering if anyone has any experience with this? I have emailed musicmagpie and they sent an instant reply saying your phones already been dispatched, so please return it.

I'm looking to either be sent a new device, new battery so I can fit it, or a partial refund.

Anyone else had this situation?
