Anyone recommend a DD-WRT / OpenWRT ADSL router?

Hi

Looking to replace my Sky Hub (SR102) with something with a bit more functionality, things needed are VPN server, QoS, USB (for network attached storage).

Having a look around and there are some routers out there but none with ADSL built into them - do they even exist?

If no luck with ADSL ones can anyone recommend a router that I can plug into my Sky Hub and use the DD-WRT features from that and leave the sky one in place.

Also is anyone selling one?

Thanks

Are you planning to stay with Sky as your provider?
If so, you need one that supports MER authentication. Or, you could use the SR102 as the modem and buy a wireless router with the extra functionality that you need.
Asus routers with the Merlin firmware allows you to clone the old SR102 MAC address used for the MER authentication if you really want to go down the modem router path.

Take a look at Asus routers. Really nice bits of kit
If you want to do it on the cheap get a homehub5 & flash openwrt onto it.
Google openwrt hh5a & see forum on plusnet.

Be warned. It's not for the faint hearted!
