All my running shoes are from Nike. Good sale on at the Nike website. Used code CYBERGROUP for an extra 30% off items. Code can only be used on items that are already in the sale.

Don't shoot the messenger but the head of the England athletes physio said on a TV programme that, If the trainers fit and are comfortable then run in them. He runs marathons in a pair of aldi trainers that were £20. Not one manufacturer could provide evidence that there trainers prevented injury. Was interesting programme

Bro get asics or new balance good ones though not the cheap there is a new balance store in juction 32 they always have good sale there also there's addidas reebok store and Nike and sports direct they all have good sales

Nike have 30% code as stated above, but they also have 22.5% quidco at the moment I think

Just got some nike airzoom structures for the heel protection. The Nike sale I think I only paid 46 quid. I don't agree with the any that fit stance there are differences and i think to an extent you get what you pay for. Especially if you are putting some miles in.

zalando sale with extra 25%. code 25CYBERMONDAY

Get ultra boost although no discounts

started (struggled) running at 50, now 56 and have run 12 marathons GO FOR ASICS CUMULUS IF YOUR A NEUTRAL RUNNER best bang per buck at a reduced price of £70 for the 2016 model...no thoughts of a marathon yet? you will.......!

Get yourself to a shop and try some on. Shoes are so personal and everyone's foot is different. I've had loads over the years but I don't like Asics or Nike despite them being really popular

Definitely Nike clearance

I would second the asics comments from above done many miles in mine and always great in wet/cold/mud. They still do a fair bit of technical research on their product too.

If you get a minute drop by a running trainer shop and get fitted, seems excessive I know. They can actually reccomend a trainer on how you plant your feet when you run by putting you on some technical wizard treadmill.

As above, Asics Cumulus are great for a neutral runner and buy 'last years colours' and save about 50%. Or if you live near a Asics Outlet store see what they have as usually much cheaper than Amazon etc...

Stick to brands that only make running shoes (not fashion showes) then you can't go wrong

spot on advice above, its fashion, looks and colours that run or runners and shoes that can run (a long way!), your call? 8,000 miles after trying everything from secondhand £10 trainers to £140 kayano's..CUMULUS in last years colours is your short cut to running nirvana (if your gait is shown and video assessed as neutral/normal)
