Nice and cheap tariffs but awful customer service, particularly if you want to upgrade or cancel.

Used to have a 30 day sim. Uses the Three network which didn't provide me with the coverage I wanted, hence switching back to EE. I cancelled via a message on their website, nice and simple.

Not now, I was on a 30 day sim with them had a god awful time trying to upgrade it to be told best way around it was to cancel contract and open another, only to then not get past there credit check, had an awful time time then transferring to another supplier.

If you plan on staying with them and on the same tariff then great. service was fine and cheap but customer service is crap at best.

I setup the cheap deal a few months back for my daughter 1GB deal with 500min. Nice and cheap but only 3g not 4g.
You have to phone up to place a data cap as the default value is £5 extra spend.
My daughter burnt through 1GB on day one then reached the £5 limit on day two. Data was then blocked until the following month.
She'd been with giffgaff for a while and normally only burnt up her data limit towards the end of the month.
Anyway I had no problems with customer service when I cancelled. I decided it would be better getting a contract with three and also made sure I setup a data limit.

I used them for 10 month but found better deal with three on 12 month contract

ID is 4G. Our latest pay monthly phone plans and SIM Only deals, all with 4G at no extra cost.

Maybe you're confusing them with Life Mobile who only offer 3G?

    I do.

When you call a EE number, it says " Welcome to EE VOicemail"

When you call a Tesco Mobile number it says "Welcome to Tesco Mobile voicemail"

What happens if you call a ID mobile number?

2nd question: How is the Call service? and customer service?

    Thanks

ID is a virtual network which runs on the Three network
