Anyone use Lancome Hypnose Mascara?

I am thinking of trying Lancome Hypnose mascara but at £20, I want it to be amazing! I have tried the YSL Faux Cils before (which is about £24 I think) and I hated it so it was a complete waste of money!

Has anyone tried and recommends Lancome Hypnose?

Thanks

I have tried and Benefit Bad Gal and I didn't like it, I found it to be quite clumpy and flakey. At the moment I am using a Masterpiece Max mascara which is ok but not very good at separating.

The Hypnose has some very good reviews but so did the YSL one so I don't want to blow £20 on a mascara for it to be rubbish!

I've never really been convinced about Mascara. I'm a professional make up artist too. I think if you had decent lashes then a good mascara will define that. No matter what mascara claims it cant create hair that isnt their. I prefer false eyelashes anyday. Thats just my opnion though.

Bobbi Brown everyday mascara is good. Also like Cliniques naturally glossy mascara too. Not clumpy at all and builds up natural long looking lashes

I must say Lancome Hypnose is the best mascara I have ever used. I like the brown as I'm quite fair skinned and black can look a bit harsh, but it gives a lovely look, doesn't clump, doesn't flake (I seem to be prone to this even with expensive ones) and gives my eyes a wow factor. Lovely to apply too, nice brush and consistency. I have tried a few others recently on an economy drive - No 7, rimmel, avon and none have come close to the lancome so after wasting my money on the cheaper ones I'm back to Lancome. Wait till there is free gift promotion at Boots, Debenhams or house of fraser as they are often very generous.

I found the Virgin one that was on here to be good

Edit: ]This one but the offer closed on Thursday

Lancome actually has a free gift promotion on now in Boots when you spend £29 or more in store or buy two or more products online.

Also, do you use Hypnose Custom Wear, Hypnose Onyx or Hynose Drama?

I think it's the Hypnose custom wear as I use brown. They used to do a hypnose brown waterproof but they discontinued that (grrr). The virtuose is quite nice too, but hypnose is my favourite. Definicils just flakes so badly and doesn't look very nice on me, the L'extreme is ok but I want volume more than length as mine are quite long already, the fatale is a pain in the bum to put on and I don't like the look, and I can't remember the Amplicils.
I would go to the Lancome lady, try it there and also they might have a little 5ml or something sample for you to use for a couple of days.

And Boots is better than Debenhams as you get 10 points per pound at the moment - though that might just be a bank holiday thing, I'm not entirely sure.

Thanks, I am going to nip into Boots today and ask for a sample. I saw the 10 points per pound thing but I am not sure if that finished yesterday or finishes today.
