Read their support threads or ask on their on-line help. I think they work 8 till 8 (different times at wknds) usually very good at replying.
some answers are auto reply so think about the questions your asking first or type "escalate" and it becomes more important and you will receive a person who works there's response (its live chat), I found them very good.
only 200£ before a 2% fee, considering your bank can actually get a better currency fee then a mastercard you might be better of with your bank (barclays 2.75%), because the difference bewteen currency exchange of masters and bank can be more then 0.75% - (obvcourse use the 200£ free first)
I did. better rate than local but if you spending on shopping you will get better in pound
I used Revolut in Turkey. I did not anything to get my money, and the Revolut conversion rates are best.
Best rates at working hours of Turkey which is Monday to Friday between 08:00-17:00. Do not forget to say NO to dynamic currency convert at ATM. During the shopping, tell the cashier press NO or use TRY option on POS device to prevent DCC as well.
