anyone with a spare few minutes.

i have found this wonderful website.
    postpals.co.uk/

it is for cheering up the lives of seriously ill children, you can do this by writing a lette ror an email or having the kids draw pictures.

my son is in the process of being added to this site, as i know he will love to receive post, and it might cheer him up when he is feeling ill.

there is no commitment for this, they arent asking for money, just a few minutes of your time to think of someone else.

have a read and a cry (if your like me)

    Hello, it is that simple

like viks says it is that simple. just pick one or a few and send away. you can send emails also that tale less time so mayeb you could send a couple.

Are we supposed to get a reply? I sent a few emails but didn't hear anything

Oh this is so sad. I will definitely find some time to do this. It worries me senseless about my children when I see these sad things. Makes my moans seem really trivial.

bumping up so more people can see

i know this is very old but apparently they are having a quiet period and not getting many letters for the kids. again if you can spare time to send a letter or card to a sick child, im sure they would appreciate it.

i have just got some of my rainbows to make some pictures to send to some of the children having a hard time right now.

it doesnt have to cost to make a child smile.

it is also very humbling to read the site, i sat and cried and i have two poorly children.

i shall have a look at this tomorrow as sounds interesting, my girlfriends brother has many problems himself, although would not appreciate the letters as such. But i also have an adopted down syndrome auntie who would have adored letters and pictures as she was growing up.
