Sorted netdude thanks for your help
I have a wireless hub buddy
I'm sure that it wasn't worth it but still, put the cheque in the post
Thanks to the OP. And yes, no hot water. Is that by design ?
It doesn't state here community.hivehome.com/s/a…Kit that you cannot.
I read the same FAQ. It's a bit of a half job if you ask me
I’ve read that this is a HomeKit restriction, nothing Hive can get around at the moment
Did you download the update today ? I had to go looking for it.
That's seem pretty generous, given that hot water seems to be missing along with the other things in the FAQ. TBH, it was hardly worth bothering to install it.
As an aside, does anyone know how to stop the normal HIVE app loading straight into the heating Thermostat settings ?
No m8 tried updating in App Store says its up to date
you have to do it from the hive app. click menu and install new device. HomeKit is in there.
OK Maybe I'm in a generous mood.
My app goes to the dashboard so can't help you there pal.
That’s all I get ?
Ah mines 10.27.0(2) will delete and reinstall
Are you using wired thermostat, or an old hub? Their website says only works on 2nd gen hub and not on the wired thermostat (edited)
agreed, I only use the smart features to boost the hot water. The stat is programmed for different temps for different times of days. I never need to touch that.
Won’t connect anyway says there’s a problem I have the hub that’s compatible 😫
Is WiFi on ? I had to have two goes even with it enabled.
That old cliché
