If I take my Iphone 4 into apple, and they have to replace it will I lose the 10 months warranty I have remaining on it (its 2 months old) and only have their 3months warranty? also does anyone know if it will be a refurbished model or a new one?
Cheers all

When I did this with my iPod touch the honoured the original warranty. In your case 10 months. Might be a refurb, but where it is only 2 months old I bet you can get a new one out of them

It will probably be a refurb but you won't be able to tell the difference from new

The 10 month warranty will automatically transfer to the replacement phone
