I want to open a smart watch and make sure it connects to some bike equipment. Worried if I have issues and have broken the seal they will be awkward with a return?
Purchased it online and was planning on returning to the store if I have any problems.

Our policy:If you purchased online, you can return your items within 14 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and in its original packaging.

Just don't unnecessarily trash the packaging when opening.
Would I still be able to return it?
If it’s faulty there is a chance they will ‘demand’ a repair or replacement rather than refund! Curry’s are notoriously difficult to deal with, my local store in Barnstaple is horrendous to deal with. Don’t expect any actual help or sympathy.
Good luck
Send it back and buy from a retailer with a better returns policy (edited)
